The selection of sustainable solutions that respect the environment was a priority. Furthermore, the integrated fan coils and heat pumps of the system offers advantages in terms of safety, as it is minimum risk in case of refrigerant leaks compared to other systems such as VRV.
Overall, this choice reflects a commitment to guest comfort, environmental respect, and differentiation in a competitive tourism industry.
We selected the flat Galletti fan coil units for the Eolia Luxury Villas based on several criteria that elevate them in terms of quality and performance. The main characteristics that drove this choice include:

5. Ease of Activation or Deactivation: Using the top grille as a switch, guests can easily control the operation of the air conditioning system, offering comfort and user-friendliness.
6. The choice of fan coils is of utmost significance, as they represent a tangible element that guests directly interact with. It serves as the primary interface for climate comfort and air quality in their eyes. Style and aesthetics also play a crucial role, as it leaves a lasting impression on them. During the course of the project, we encountered several challenges, but we successfully managed to overcome them. One of these challenges was related to the soil conditions in the area, which posed difficulties in laying down the plumbing networks due to variations in soil quality and unique topography.
We tackled every obstacle strategically and professionally, applying the necessary technical techniques and solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
However, hydronic systems are relatively straightforward in terms of design, implementation, and setup so the topography for the external networks was the only difficulty.
The key was that we approached each challenge with determination and professionalism, ensuring the successful completion of the project.
