FEATURES :

Vertical fan heater or air conditioning unit.

All models have the following standard features:

• Finish suitable for installation in full view, with aluminium weight-bearing frame and removable double galvanized steel panels with plastic-coated exterior.
• Extra thick thermal and acoustic injected foam insulation applied on all paneling.
• The fans are used under conditions of maximum efficiency and thus with reduced electrical inputs and extremely quiet operation.
• The standard coils are high efficiency 3-row coils with amply sized surfaces enabling high heat exchange efficiencies with low pressure drops on both the air and water sides.
• The units can be used both for heating with hot water produced by traditional heat generators or with heat pumps and for cooling with chilled water, a drip tray for condensate being included as a standard feature.
• They are provided with a cell filter section with a large surface area and dust accumulation capacity, such as to reduce the frequency of maintenance work; moreover, particular care has been taken to ensure easy accessibility for inspection.
• For installation in rooms they can be fitted with a return air intake grille and outlets.

They feature double suction galvanized steel centrifugal fans with three-phase motors and pulley and V-belt drive. Drive pulley with diameter adjustable when stationary. Motor and fan are installed together on the same base, supported with vibration dampers; the fan outlet is fitted with a plastic-coated canvas vibration damping collar.

Thanks to these constructive solutions, the ventilating assembly is completely isolated from the structure, which serves to eliminate vibrations and induced noise.

The speed of the air flow across the coils and filters is very limited, so that internal pressure drops are minimized; it is therefore possible to obtain the desired air flow with modest fan rotation speeds and gain the advantage of quiet operation.

The units can be used both for direct air intake and diffusion in the room (with accessory plenums and grilles) and ducted. In the latter case, the direction of the fan outlet air flow, horizontal in the standard version, can be easily converted, also on site, into a vertical direction, by rotating some panels. The filters can be removed from the coil connections side or the opposite side. The filter sections are subdivided into cells of small size; this makes it possible to perform maintenance even where there is limited space.

The units are provided with feet or a continuous base for standing on the floor.
