PRODUCT FEATURES:

TE series exhaust fan units have ventilation sections with the same constructive features as CT series air handling units. They are thus very reliable, quiet and compact.

The weight-bearing structure is made of aluminium profiles, whereas the panels are of the sandwich type, with a heat-insulating, sound-deadening injected polyurethane core. The standard panels are made of galvanized steel plate; aluminium, plastic film-coated galvanized steel and stainless steel available on request.

The fans are of the double suction type with forward curved blades; the motors are of the closed type, with external ventilation, protection rating IP-55 and class F insulation. The motors are mounted on a galvanized steel slide driven by a single adjustment screw, which simplifies belt tensioning or replacement operations. The drives are constructed with cast iron or aluminium V-belt pulleys. The cast iron pulleys feature clamping bushings with a simple release system that does not require exhausters.

The supply fan outlet is fitted with a flange, in the dimensions shown in the table, so as to permit easy connection to the duct. The intake is not flanged; the dimensions of the opening are shown in the table.

Grilles or calibration louvers can be mounted on the intake, whereas overpressure regulating valve can be installed on the outlet. The exhaust fan units are moreover provided with an inspection port for easy maintenance; if not specified otherwise in the order, the inspection port will always be on the right side of the extraction unit, following the direction of air flow.
