ENP Heat Pump

Multifunction ENP water-water heat pump for cooling, heating and DHW production with total heat recovery. Designed for 24-hour operation for 2-pipe or 4-pipe systems in medium / large domestic, commercial and industrial applications. The series provides high thermodynamic efficiency and great configuration in terms of accessories and the cooling cycle.

DESCRIPTION

Thanks to a special circuit, the ENP units can be used for the production of hot and cold water at the same time, either for the production of DHW or for the 4-pipe systems, in both cases there is a total heat recovery.

The series presents great configuration possibilities in terms of the configuration of the refrigeration cycle (Efficiency Pack) which, depending on its size can be modified as presented below:

  • 2 compressors and 2 cooling circuits (Efficiency Pack 1) for a high backup system (see figure 2 2/2).
  • 2 compressors (twin) in 1 refrigeration circuit (Efficiency Pack 2) for high efficiencies at some loads (see Figure 2 2/1).
  • 3 compressors in triple circuit (Efficiency Pack 3) for low operating costs and high efficiency at some loads (see Figure 2 3/1).
  • 4 compressors (two twins) in 2 cooling circuits (Efficiency Pack 4) for a system that is at the same time efficient at some loads but also provides high backup (see figure 2 4/2).

 

TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • Electronically controlled electric expansion valve (EVV).
  • Source and user inverter water pumps (on request, assembled in an outdoor hydraulic unit) to adjust the water supply to the actual conditions and operating requirements, thus reducing operating costs
  • ON / OFF scroll compressors
  • High efficiency stainless steel heat exchangers AISI 316
  • DHW water pump (optional, mounted on an outdoor hydraulic unit) with inverter motor
  • Dual hydraulic circuit: the first for space cooling / heating and the second for DHW production, independently of each other
  • Priority in the DHW production circuit, or with total heat recovery during cooling
